Raw materials and fillers, in the agrochemical context, are the base inputs used to manufacture or dilute a finished formulation rather than the active ingredient itself. Carrier sugars like lactose and dextrose are commonly used as bulking agents and fermentation substrates in powder formulations, especially for microbial biopesticides; TC ("technical concentrate") products such as Trichoderma TC and Mycorrhiza TC are high-strength microbial concentrates meant to be diluted or blended into a finished retail product rather than applied directly at full strength. This category serves a different function than a straight fertilizer or PGR page — it's an input for formulators and dealers building their own product mixes, not a finished crop-input a farmer applies as-is.
